1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ABV TIPS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app and uninstall it. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated in-app. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or older if your jurisdiction requires it) and legally capable of entering this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring betting-related activity is legal where you are located.

3. Informational Service Only
ABV TIPS provides analysis, statistics, and betting tips for informational and entertainment purposes only. ABV TIPS is not a gambling operator and does not accept, place, or process wagers. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
Premium access is provided via recurring subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple App Store and Google Play, and your purchases are subject to their billing terms and platform rules. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple/Google account settings before renewal. Promotional pricing may revert to the standard listed price after the promotional term ends.

5. Digital Content and Withdrawal / Refund Rules
Where local law permits, access to premium digital content may begin immediately after purchase. By subscribing and accessing premium content, you request immediate performance of the digital service. Refund handling is governed by applicable law and the policies of the billing platform used for purchase (Apple or Google).

6. No Guarantee and Liability Limits
Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. We do not guarantee winnings, profitability, or specific performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABV TIPS is not liable for betting losses, indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party platform outcomes. If liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the previous 3 months related to the claim.

7. Third-Party Services and Links
The app may reference or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply independently. ABV TIPS is not responsible for the content, actions, or policies of third-party operators.

8. Intellectual Property
All app content, including analysis, design, and branded materials, is owned by ABV TIPS or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the app. You may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute paid content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
